How does a homeopath work
The aim is to find the specific remedy for you as an individual. To do that the homeopath needs to first develop a complete picture of you as a person. They will work with you to find out what makes you unique and then choose a remedy that stimulates your own natural healing energies. Each consultation is confidential and will last approximately 1.5 hours for your first visit. The homeopath works with you to identify your goals for treatment. You will need to return 4 to 6 weeks later for a follow-up appointment to assess the effect of the remedy. Follow-up appointments last 45 minutes to 1 hour.
